Former Demons and Power AFL player Jack Watts is offloading one of his new Edithvale properties, which passed in at its Saturday auction on a $1.35m offer.
The ex-Port Adelaide star built the two mirror-image townhouses at 31A and 31B Ivan Ave in 2019, before renting them both out and later moving into the No. 31A pad, which is still for sale.
The four-bedroom home had a $1.35m-$1.485m price guide ahead of its auction, and Watts plans to move into his currently tenant-occupied house next door once it sells.

“They’re new builds so I can’t really see much value adding to them anymore, so hopefully will sell this and try and do the same again,” he said.
“A mate of mine is a builder and project manager so we’re looking down in Frankston at the moment to do a little development.”
Hodges Sandringham director Angus Graham said there were a couple of interested parties who weren’t able to attend the auction, and he was hoping it would sell in the 24 to 48 hours afterwards.
“We had a later offer of $1.4m and the reserve price is $1.45m,” Mr Graham said.
The home is located in a quiet cul-de-sac and boasts proximity to the Chelsea Golf Course and local shopping strip. With four bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms and a rear garden, the home is ideal for a growing family.
The master bedroom is plush and offers treetop views. The kitchen is well-equipped with state-of-the-art appliances and features stone benchtops. The highlights of the home also include zoned ducted heating and air-conditioning with an abundance of storage, and an auto-garage.
